The company history

Julius Aigner laid the foundation stone in 1947 by setting up a locksmith's store, and since 2007 we have been running our family business in Neuhofen an der Krems in the third generation.

1947 Founded as a sole proprietorship

1971 Transformation into a limited company with the partners Maria Aigner, Ing. Ernst Aigner and Christine Gruber

1991 New production hall built in Imhoffstraße

1996 Construction of new office and specialist store in Kremstalstraße

2001 Siegfried Aigner, Gerold Aigner, MBA and Eckart Gruber join the company as partners

2003 Expansion of production hall and office building in Imhoffstraße

2004 Increase in share capital

2007 New management by DI Siegfried Aigner, Ing. Mag. Gerold Aigner, MBA and Ing. Eckart Gruber

2009 Foundation of the subsidiary aigner energie contracting GmbH

2012 Expansion of the Kremstalstraße office building

2021 Expansion of the Imhoffstraße site
