Steam and thermal oil systems

Steam is a very popular heat transfer medium. However, steam steam systems require a high level of safety engineering, are subject to highly regulated legal provisions and require specific know-how. As a certified welding company, we meet these requirements perfectly.

We plan and implement steam systems with capacities from 100 kg/h to 10 t/h, including all components required in the steam process such as feed water tanks, steam converters, steam and condensate piping including fittings, water treatment, etc. and also carry out the necessary preparations for TÜV inspections and tests.

Where high temperatures (300-400°C) and the lowest possible pressure are required, thermal oil systems are used. thermal oil systems are used. This is not only, but above all, the case in the food industry.

We have successfully planned and implemented systems with an output of up to 7 MW , including all associated components such as boilers with exhaust gas heat exchangers, expansion tanks, drain tanks, shell and tube heat exchangers, hydraulic separators, supply pumps, fittings, pipework, insulation and the corresponding measurement and control technology.
