Heating
In the large customer sector, we plan and install heating systems with an output range of 50 kilowatts (kW) to 10 megawatts (MW).
We have decades of expertise in boiler systems based on fossil fuels, i.e. oil and natural gas, but we are also happy to install heating systems based on renewable energy sources such as wood chips, wood pellets and wood chips.
The use of modern heat pump technology using groundwater, ambient air and geothermal energy is also part of our range of services, as is the planning, production and operation of local and district heating networks.
The use of proven systems for heat dissipation such as radiators, convectors, air heaters and underfloor or industrial surface heating is supplemented by the use of innovative solutions such as building component activation.
In addition to sound planning, the professional processing and installation of the individual components is crucial for the economical operation of the various systems.
Ventilation and air conditioning
Technically and economically sophisticated mechanical ventilation of sales, office and storage areas, commercial and industrial halls and restaurants is essential for the performance and well-being of the people in the building.
Heat and/or cold conditioning of the air creates the conditions for a pleasant indoor climate.
We plan and implement the corresponding central supply and exhaust air units with state-of-the-art heat recovery technology.
Special applications such as ventilation units for clean rooms, data centers, paint shops or swimming pools are just as much a part of our range of services as the planning and implementation of the associated air distribution networks.
Depending on the particular application, the architectural aspect of supply and exhaust air distribution is of key importance. By using simple ventilation grilles, elegant swirl diffusers, innovative slot diffusers and futuristic design elements, a large number of design requirements can actually be realized.
Sanitation
The supply of buildings with cold water, hot water, softened water, osmosis water, etc. as well as the disposal of waste water produced in the building such as roof water, waste water, condensate water, etc. is usually given little attention.
However, it is precisely in these cases that correct planning, dimensioning and execution can achieve economic benefits in the operational management of a building. The decision as to whether a water softening system is economically viable, for example, is easy to make if the costs of renovating the pipe network due to substantial calcification are taken into account. The question of the benefits of heat recovery from waste water can be clearly answered by looking at a simple profitability calculation.
The strict regulations regarding hot water preparation in the various classes of public buildings require specific experience in the correct and standard-compliant implementation of such systems, as does the design and realization of sophisticated sanitary engineering solutions in exposed concrete architecture.
