We are Contractor. We plan, finance, construct, operate and maintain your energy technology system to supply your buildings and operating facilities.

Tailored to your needs and requirements and the specific project circumstances, the scope of our contracting service is defined together. In the case of "full contracting", we take on all the tasks and services required to supply energy to your properties/plants, but of course you can also contribute and take on parts of the work (e.g. a financing share or assistance with operational management).

In order to achieve the best possible efficiency in the provision and use of energy, energy technology systems and system concepts are becoming increasingly complex, which in turn increases the requirements for optimized planning and operational management.

With almost 20 years of contracting activity, even longer experience as a plant constructor and numerous realized projects, we are also familiar with the latest technologies and have the know-how to use them optimally for you.

What is system contracting?

Plant contracting is an energy service,

► which aims to improve the efficiency of energy generation and conversion systems

► which supports the use of / switch to energy-efficient solutions and renewable energies

• The energy system is planned, financed, installed and operated by the contractor.
• The contractor rents the required premises (boiler room, land) from the building owner.
• The building owner does not purchase an energy system, but obtains the required energy from the contractor.
• The energy system remains the property of the contractor.
• The energy supplied is billed via a basic price, a working price and a metered price.
• The term, type and scope of the services are jointly defined in the energy supply contract.

Contracting in turn facilitates or enables

• Use of renewable, clean energies
• Use of state-of-the-art technology - efficient systems with low conversion losses
• Special know-how of the contractor, e.g. in the field of biomass, can be utilized
• Fuel savings, avoidance of environmental pollution

Plant contracting is a strong concept because ...

• the often high investment costs for renewable energy technologies are no longer a limiting factor for the customer
• the total costs of the energy supply (investment and operation) are considered over the entire technical service life of the system (usually 10 to 15 years) and are used as a basis for decision-making
• the contractor, as an energy service provider with specialist know-how, makes it possible to implement and operate even complex systems
• it contributes significantly to the climate and energy policy objective of climate neutrality by implementing DECARBONIZATION and increasing ENERGY EFFICIENCY
