Specific know-how

Steam as a heating medium has always enjoyed a certain level of popularity for process and industrial applications. Still, steam plants are challenging with regard to technical safety, are subject to strictly regulated laws and require very specific know-how. As a certified welding operation we are able to meet all of these requirements perfectly. We design and implement steam plants with capacities from 100 kg/h to 10 t/h, including all of the necessary components for the steam process, such as feed water storage tanks, steam converters, and steam and condensate piping, including fittings, water treatment and more. We also carry out the requisite preparations for TÜV inspections and acceptance tests.
