Energy from the sun
The benefits of using energy from the sun are obvious: it's free, environmentally friendly and unlimited as a resource.
The primary application in private, commercial and industrial sectors is using the sun's energy to heat water. Integrating solar energy to augment building heating is also a growing trend at the moment and will most certainly establish itself as a standard technology in the future. One innovative solution that has gotten far too little attention as yet is the use of solar energy for process applications (SOPRO – solar process heat). The applications we have mentioned and the components they require, such as buffer storage, freshwater modules and legal compliance, are also part of our spectrum of services, as are the associated design and planning processes. We have completed plant projects with collector surface areas of 3 to 250 m².
Again, in the case of solar energy, it is not just the benefits on an economical and ecological level that support the technology, but also the broad spectrum of government subsidies available for both private and commercial applications.
